Next up for Markle is a role in the upcoming television movie When Sparks Fly, which is set to premiere in a few weeks time.

We don't expect that there are too many of you who know too much about When Sparks Fly, but the movie is officially described as "A big city journalist is sent back to her small hometown to write a Fourth of July story and discovers the life and love she left behind are exactly what she's been missing."
As well as starring Meghan Markle, the When Sparks Fly cast also includes Christopher Jacot (Nikita) and Kristina Pesic (Scott Pilgrim vs. the World) star with Lochlyn Munro (White Chicks), Jacqueline Samuda (The L Word) and Keith MacKechnie (Frost/Nixon). When Sparks Fly is directed by Gary Yates based on the teleplay written by Carol Starr Schneider.

Meghan Markle and co. will be preparing themselves for the release of When Sparks Fly, as the television movie is set to premiere on Hallmark on June 28. We look forward to seeing what Meghan Markle brings to the role and where her acting career will go from here.
Meanwhile, Meghan Markle continues in her role as Rachel Zane in Suits, which finished its third season last month. Suits has already been given the go ahead for a fourth season, with the Suits season four premiere set to air on the USA Network on June 11.
