While there are a number of interesting new movies coming our way over the next few years, it is fair to say that a lot of us are most looking forward to seeing the huge amount of new comic book movies we have coming our way. When it comes to the comic book movie scene, it is fair to say that the Marvel Cinematic Universe is leading the way and getting bigger and better with every year.
We have seen a few strong female characters joining the Marvel Cinematic Universe over the years, with even more coming our way over the course of the next few years, but there is one female star who has led the way for these female characters. Scarlett Johansson plays the role of Black Widow in the Marvel movies but how much longer is she going to last.
While many people have been calling for Scarlett Johansson to get her own Black Widow solo movie, there have been others who have suggested that Marvel may well have had enough of these calls, and will instead kill off the character in order to end them. As well as that, Scarlett has a lot of other projects lined up and has been playing the character for so long, she may well want to call it a day.
According to some of the rumours, Scarlett Johansson is going to see Black Widow killed off in one of the Avengers: Infinity War movies, although there is no word of which one it will be. This is all just rumour for now though and we will have to wait and see what happens in the Avengers: Infinity War films, with the first part coming on April 27, 2018 in the UK and May 4, 2018 in the US, and the second part coming on April 26, 2019 in the UK, and May 3, 2019 in the US.
